Problem: ResortPass faced low brand recognition and static, overly aspirational ads that lacked emotional resonance.

Solution: We saw an opportunity to reframe daycations as everyday escapes—affordable, emotional resets people didn’t know were possible. Instead of just highlighting the obvious perks of a resort day, we leaned into the deeper, more human side of why people want to escape and told a story that felt real and relatable. We built a social-first, video-led strategy using relatable UGC-style content and expanded their presence to new platforms—including launching a connected TV (CTV) ad.

The Result: a 173% increase in bookings, 69% higher CTR from new video ads, and a 34% drop in cost-per-purchase on Meta.
